Interestingly Enough

So, if everyone ignores the part where I haven't been around for two months, after having made four posts and some inflammatory comments *cough* I just got some news that i'll be on the Film and Video Foundation Degree at Exeter College come September, so I may post experiences being a film student again after so long. Then again I may not...Depends how interesting these experiences turn out to be! By the by, I started writing a musical the other day because I find writing songs for narrative q… Continue

Here it is! The story that was a year in the making, within serial form! Week one: To begin with an end

I know literally one of you showed excitement at the advent of this tale (sorry it's so late, i've been working) Elmo Desperado was, is and will be the most feared assassin of all the Mexican midwest, famed for his complete disregard for the sanctity of life and the unquenchable rumour that he is not even of this Earth upon which we tread our timeworn feet! It's l… Continue

You see for most people to dream is to desire to search for a goal. And I find myself asking, Is that really what we want dreams to be? Sorry to do the old Carrie Bradshaw on you but it is a serious problem. Ok, so what does this have to do with film? Well, as I see it this obsession with dreaming as a waking thing rather than a sleeping thing… Continue

Hmm

Actually i'm only on this forum 'cause I was looking up a guy by the name of Alex Clennel-White who gave me his card while I was working as a camera whore for Jessops, as such god only knows how many of you people have actually met me, so i've chosen to remain under the umbrella of my favourite character and secret alter-ego - Elmo Desperado, a rather vicious guy with a nice name but hey who isn't? Anyway I just, I say "just" finished Exeter College's very fine Film and Video course under the t… Continue
