I am a Qualified Hair Stylist and Make up artist with experience on both Short and feature films.
I have just finished a short film with Ashley Wing and Clayton Fussell "Robbing Peter" which included some rather challenging SFX make up.
I have worked on several short films in the past year travelling to Wales (Llangennith beach) and london
In June I will be working on a Period drama for television in Bristol where I will be responsible for around 25 extras

I don't think you really have to do anything much. You would be in the position to ban people from the group in case of abusive messages etc.
So far the groups seem to serve primarily as a way to identify ourselves with regards to our roles.
