I've been finding it really hard to just sit down and write, sounds stupid, and it probably is but for me writing is not the creation of the script but the act of recording the creation of the script,

Situations. characters and dialogue all need to bounce around my brain until their ready to form a coherent narrative and sometimes sitting and looking at a word processor doesn't make that happen any faster. Other times however, I just need to sit down and let it happen.
